It is with a very heavy heart that we must inform you that our founder and president, Captain Cesar Rojas Franco has passed away at the age of 86 years.  For those of you that knew Captain Rojas, we are sure that you would agree he was the epitome of the words Gentleman and Honor.  He started ISACOL almost 50 years ago with the singular goal of creating the best tanker and bulker agency in Colombia. We believe in our hearts that he accomplished his goal.

We often hear the expression that the strongest companies are those that are built brick by brick; Captain Rojas not only built ISACOL brick by brick, but he built the company using titanium bricks.    We cannot minimize this tremendous loss, but we can reassure all of our clients that Captain Rojas, like any good leader, planned for all contingencies.  Over the last five years he began involving us, his daughters (Maria Teresa Rojas and Sonia Margarita Rojas) into ownership and senior management roles in the company, as well he placed us on the board of directors.  Captain Rojas also brought key managers in as partners, and key employees as managers.  After all these decades in business, ISACOL is stronger than ever.  Please rest assured that our commitment to sailing the extra mile for our clients remains intact.  ISACOL will continue to pursue and improve our operations and process certifications, employee training, and search of excellence for you, our clients.  The same mission that Captain Rojas began almost 50 years ago will continue at ISACOL for the years to come.
