Who we are
ISACOL S.A.S is a family company that was built with one goal, the complete satisfaction of our clients. We have spent almost half a century striving to meet and exceed the expectations of tens of thousands of ships and their owners. Our strong foundation is built by our family, and our team, making our family and our team the ISACOL FAMILY. Every member of ISACOL has one mission; to meet our customer’s needs and complete the successful port call of every ship we have the honor to serve. Our founder, Captain Cesar Rojas, spent the beginning of his career as a naval officer in the Colombian Navy. He reached the highest level of sea Captain, before retiring to start ISACOL. He saw a need in Colombia’s growing oil, gas, and bulk markets for an agency that could combine military like organization, knowledge of local port and terminal requirements, and international standards into a World Class agency. Captain Rojas serves as the company’s President and CEO. He is pleased to see that as his family and his team continue to grow into leadership positions within the company, that ISACOL will grow and serve ships, their owners, and charterers for another 50 years and more.
Board Of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for the company’s strategic development, for supervising and steering the company’s vision growth and management.
Our Board Directors, unlike many other organizations, are involved in the day to day of Isacol’s activities guaranteeing seamless alignment between our clients’ needs and our vision. No surprise our clients and our BOD have multiple contact opportunities throughout the year.

Our Quality Standard
As one of the first agencies in Colombia to achieve ISO 9001 status more than 20 years ago, ISACOL S.A.S. is committed to complying with the new ISO 9001:2015 and continuing to adapt and achieve as the international standards change and improve. ISACOL is implementing the new training programs and updating our equipment and facilities, as specified by ISO. As well, we continue to upgrade our systems and policies per our own company quality assurance programs.
